Happy Thanksgiving! 2013

Happy Thanksgiving , everyone ! I have to take this chance to say how implausibly grateful I am for each and every one of YOU . I have such a blast editing this blog , and almost every day one of you send me an email with pic and write up that make me gasp out aloud in amazement at what you ’ve create and nurtured over the days . You are all such a talented , caring , encouraging , kind bunch , and I give thanks you for it .

talk of thankfulness , I ’m especially grateful today for Irvin and Pauline Faria in Carmichael , California , who send in the arrant post for Turkey Day .

Irvin says,“From Pauline ’s Garden we need to express earnest perceptiveness to you Michelle for your excellency as our GPOD mentor and to those of you who have divvy up your beautiful gardens . We are deep thankful for the bountiful intake gained from your garden Eden . So often we utter the gossip , “ can we have a garden just like that ? ” Like many of you , in our innate setting , we turn to our garden for solitude , nature and enjoyment . The garden continues to provide the various joys of discovery , of peace and in particular how we match into the lifelike reality and its indweller .

“ Today our woodland garden expanse under a canopy of oak tree flow into each other as designed to do . Imbued with a beloved of nature we have attempted to stay on sensible to its needs . Plants and tree have been selected for their intense time of year - farseeing semblance and natural appearance in the landscape .

“ Warm daylight hours and parky night have begun to make the much - anticipated autumn optic reinforcement . Throughout the garden dogwoods and Nipponese maple provide a kaleidoscope of fall chromaticity . With these photos we want to share some twilight color and nature ’s beauty as expressed in the barbaric turkey . In that regard , as the wild turkey depicts the time of year of nightfall solemnization with our vacation of Thanksgiving we send our best wishes to all for a happy and wonderful Thanksgiving . ”
