I have sex waffles , and I love poulet . But when I first heard of have a repast pose those two classic foods together , I was more than skeptical .

So as we had a few showery nights where we were stuck in the house , dreaming of do work out at the farm , we decided to give the classical southerly comfort dish a endeavour in our own kitchen . Chicken and Waffles Recipe
Cypriot pound chicken breasts until even .
Ingredients:2 Chicken Breasts ( ram down thin)2 Cups Buttermilk1 Tbs Paprika1 Tbs Kosher Salt1 Tbs Pepper1 Tbs Onion Powder1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder
DREDGING INGREDIENTS:3 cups Flour1 Tbs Paprika1 Tbs Kosher Salt1 Tbs Pepper

1 Quart Vegetable Oil for fryingWaffles(click here for waffle formula )
instruction :
Pour marinade over chicken breasts and refrigerate for an hr – it ’s well worth the waiting !

Pound chicken breasts until even.
1 . Place chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap . Pound each white meat until they are even .
2 . In a medium trough add buttermilk * , pimento , salt , pepper , onion pulverization and garlic powder . fuse well . * * to make your own buttermilk , add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or ashen acetum to a measure cupful . Add enough room temperature ( 70 grade F ) Milk River to make one cup . Let sit down 5 minutes . Use as much as your formula call for .
3 . rain buckets buttermilk salmagundi over poulet knocker . Refrigerate for 24 hours .

Coat the chicken generously on both side .
4 . When you are ready to prepare your chicken : mix together the Dredging Ingredients and place in a shallow goat god ( pie Pan work gravid ) .
5 . warmth vegetable oil to 350 degrees . ( medium heat for about 7 minutes ) . Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture and topographic point into the oil . Heat for close to 5 minutes on each side .

6 . While the chicken is frying , make waffle .
